Overview

With this model your organization develops the internal capacity to deliver the training programs that are most suitable to your needs. It requires a License Agreement with The People Business, Inc. that protects its intellectual property, a Certification Training for the Trainers, and the purchase of program materials from The People Business, Inc.

To qualify for Certification your trainers must have teaching or training experience and a commitment to master the program materials.

Each Program Certification is two-three days in length with pre-work required. Please contact us for the cost and schedule of Certification Training.

Web enabled training resources are also available as specified in the License Agreement.
